Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Lynio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Subscription & Billing

Lynio offers a 7-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Lynio for personal, non-commercial purposes on your own devices. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app.

4. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Bluetooth connectivity depends on device hardware, iOS versions, and Wear OS behaviour, which are outside our control.

5. Health Data

Lynio can sync health metrics to Apple Health with your explicit permission. We are not a medical device. Do not use Lynio health data for medical decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

Lynio and all associated branding, code, and content are owned by Lynio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app on your own devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lynio is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may terminate by deleting your account and uninstalling the app.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
