Lynio ('we', 'our', 'us') is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

We collect: (a) Account data — email address when you create an account. (b) Usage data — anonymised app usage analytics to improve the product. (c) Health data — with explicit permission only, synced between your Wear OS watch and Apple Health on your device. We do not transmit health data to our servers. (d) Notification data — notification content is transmitted between your iPhone and watch via Bluetooth. This data is not stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

Account data is used to manage your subscription. Usage analytics are used to improve app performance and features. Health data stays on your device — it is never transmitted to Lynio servers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share anonymised analytics with analytics providers. We share subscription status with our payment processor (RevenueCat). We do not share health data with any third parties.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion. Analytics data is retained for 24 months in anonymised form.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at lynio@carpediemcreations.io. You may also delete your account directly from the app.

7. Children

Lynio is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
