Most users are connected in under 3 minutes. The initial Bluetooth pairing takes around 60 seconds once both apps are installed.

What if my watch doesn't appear during setup?

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone and your watch is within 10 metres. Use our Reconnect Guide inside the app for troubleshooting steps.

Do I need an Android phone to set up Lynio?

It depends on your watch brand. Some watches can be set up directly from the watch's Play Store, while others require the initial setup to be done via an Android phone. Lynio assists in helping you through this process.

Does Lynio stay connected in the background?

Lynio auto-reconnects silently whenever your watch comes back in Bluetooth range. If you need to manually reconnect, the in-app Reconnect Guide walks you through it.

Will Lynio disconnect when I use Apple CarPlay?

We've designed Lynio to handle car Bluetooth gracefully. Use Connection Profiles to create a 'Car — Ignore' profile that prevents watch disconnection when CarPlay is active.

Download Lynio on your iPhone

→Open the App Store on your iPhone
→Search for 'Lynio' or tap the Download button below
→Install the app and open Lynio
→Open Lynio and grant Bluetooth permission when prompted

Install Lynio Watch on your Android Watch

→On your Galaxy Watch (or other Wear OS watch), swipe to find the Google Play Store
→Search for 'Lynio Watch' and tap Install
→Wait for the installation to complete (~1 minute)
→Open the Lynio Watch app — it will show 'Waiting for iPhone...'
